The roots are the invisible part of a tree; often, one does not realize how deep and capillary they penetrate the soil to find energy and nourishment, and this also happens in our life. Yet, unfortunately, we have a greater propensity to look at and care for leaves, our manifest and outward appearance, neglecting the complex function of what keeps us grounded and nourishes our being.

A path of meditation, wood walking, and shamanic techniques in the woods to find one’s root and reshape it with limes, chisels, and glass paper in contact with a roughness that reflects parts of oneself, inviting to elaborate one’s own emotional experience. Knots, dry barks: a natural artistic creation that gives life to new forms, even though.
